Born in Boston nearly a decade ago, DND Homes is a pioneer in real estate development, passionate about crafting extraordinary living spaces that inspire adventure and foster unforgettable memories. With 120 completed projects in its home state of Massachusetts, DND Homes upholds the highest American quality standards in every home built. The founder of the company, Ozan Dökmecioğlu, is a citizen of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and has held senior management positions in different parts of the world. While managing the company operations in the US, he closely followed the development of the real estate sector in Northern Cyprus and provided land to many large construction companies.

After reviewing other construction projects in the TRNC, Dökmecioğlu decided to launch the DND Homes brand in Northern Cyprus after determining that the island needed higher standards of construction and design. He started to work on realizing over 30,000 housing projects in the most attractive regions of TRNC such as Iskele, Kyrenia, Esentepe, Geçitkale and Yedikonuk.

DND also makes significant investments in tourism and education. Work continues on the hotel project in Bafra, a major holiday destination known for its luxury hotels. It has also launched the International Academy of Cyprus project with the vision of establishing an international university in Northern Cyprus. This educational institution aims to provide a comprehensive education for local and international students, targeting academic achievement and character development, as well as preparation for real-world success.
